My job is to take the stress out of the process and help you make confident decisions every step of the way.

Negotiation is not about pressure. It is about clarity, strategy, and confidence in your position.


Inspections and Due Diligence


Once your offer is accepted, we move into the inspection phase. This is where information matters. I help you:

  • Understand common inspection findings
  • Weigh what is normal versus what needs attention
  • Request repairs or credits when appropriate
  • Stay grounded and informed


Homes are rarely perfect. What matters is how we evaluate the findings and make decisions that protect your best interests.


Closing Coordination


Once we are under contract, I coordinate with the lender, title company, inspectors, appraisers, and seller’s agent to keep everything on schedule. You will know what each deadline means and what is expected from both sides.


Smooth closings happen when communication is consistent and no detail gets ignored.
